There's no way Nate Hawbaker's favorite hero is Alan Stuart

ALAN IS A BEAUTIFUL MAN!

No, I'm not talking about the update they've done, I'm talking about compared to other game forums. For some of the other forums that I've been on, their 'coup' seems to be really distracting and it is difficult to decipher what the person is typing and what is their signature.

What do you all think of Bnet compared to other forums?

Best of random chance

Yes, the B.net is clean and pretty.

It's also much easier on the eyes.

I honestly have never visited any other game developer's forum.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

I love the site's aesthetics, it has a crisp professional feeling to it.

Considering it was made from scratch as opposed to copy/pasted... [cough] ... they were able to make it just the way they wanted it. Thank god the web team is both savvy in technical engineering of sites as well as site design.

We should know better, because we are better.

Yes, everything is nice and well layed out. Each of the Forums are easy to find and easy to read. You always know what you are sound and the bells and whistles aren't distracting.

Seems more professional than all the other game developers I have visited in the past. Plus the fact that Bungie employees regularly post on here makes it feel that they actually care about the community.

BUT I miss the BWU =(

I'm one of those storm chasers that will never have a TV show because I don't scream at clouds.

It's a pretty good forum setup, even if it's odd that they axed signatures a while back.

And as always, SEND ME A PM. Please. Or really bad things will happen to you.

B.net's easy to navigate and is clean in comparison to other video game websites.

But in comparison to other beautiful websites, B.net is pretty old school still. It could really use a big update.

Thanks to the color scheme and whatnot.

Bungie.Match.com: Our Johnson knows what the ladies like.

It's a very user-friendly site.

"I will show you how a true Prussian officer fights!"

"And i will show you where the iron crosses grow..."

- "Cross of Iron"

I do admire the ease of accessing each section of the website and its aesthetics as well.

This. Most game company sites have long ugly lists that look exactly like each other. It's annoying looking at a list of forums just to navigate to what you want. I enjoy the dark background as the threads pop out more compared to other forums where it is a white background.

It is certainly a fantastic site as they go, and one to certainly be proud of.
I think it's a huge part of what brought about the community here, I mean, I know from experience that every other games developers site I've ever tried to hang around has always resulted in me moving on, normally because I disliked the site.

Compared to other developer forums I've been on, this is by far the easiest site to navigate on. I can find what I'm looking for with relative ease usually. Whereas with others I'm often lost shortly after logging in...

Looking for clan that isn't too serious? Then join the ODST 501st Airborne Battalion. Go to http://www.501st.forumclan.com for more info.

Bungie.net's forums are easily the best forums I've ever used. They're easy to navigate, and very easy to understand. I've seen other forums on other sites which are an absolute disaster. All you need is the name of the forum, then the topics. Not 50 thousand messages inbetween. So I think Bungie is definately the best in the buisness when it comes to making a good forum.

It's a very user-friendly site.
Issues with content discovery, for example, is one reason I don't agree with that.

Aesthetically, I've always thought the site is near-immaculate.

That's a fancy way of saying "The search bar sux," right?

This. Though, new users seem to get lost sometimes, I think It's user friendly for more elder members.
