Hey guys, I'm LivingDeadZac and I'm going to tell you about my custom gametype on Halo Reach. We are a small community of players and I have my own website for it, basicly there is an economy and skills that you can do for money. With this money you can buy weapons from the shops in the town to fight other players with. We use the Headhunter gametype, so when a player is killed you can pick up their skulls. These skulls make you stronger when you hold them. So when you get 1 skull, everything gets amped up (health/shield recharges, player speed, jump hight, dammage and dammage resistance, etc.)
and then when you get 10 skulls you get even more of a power up. Each weapon has its own price depending on its performance in combat, now this isnt your average FP Shooter gametype, the health is up to 300% making it like an RPG game. It is like this, so you actully have to have a battle with your oppenent rather then killing them and moving on to the next target as you do online in Matchmaking. Also, when you get skulls you can have an advantage over the other player. You can also turn these skulls in for money. There is a pretty cool player ranking system using the emblems (we use the banner backround(looks nice) and we use the numbers 0-9 and the champion star) -your rank is how you act, and how long you have played basicly. It depends on alot of things, i have everything typed out on my site. Literatly if you were interested and you looked at my site, you would pretty much learn everything you need to know. This is a serious and time consuming gametype, and we are looking for mature players who are trying to have a good time just like us. We have been hosting for a while, but have taken a temperary break, but we will be hosting again within the next week. We are just focusing on recruiting new players (trying to have 2 max player cap games going on at all times) and perfecting the game itself.
