To determine whether a biased opinion matters, someone would have to have a biased opinion that that persons biased opinion matters. Therefore, you determining whether or not someone's biased opinion matters would be more biased than the biased opinion itself. You're stating that you determining whether a biased opinion matters using your biased opinion is fact. A fact can't be biased. Someone's opinion may or may not matter to you, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't matter at all.
Assuming all opinions are biased. I may have an opinion based on fact. i.e. it's my opinion that I can jump higher than you because I have more rate of force than you.
