Well, it only makes sense that a new player would not understand the run and gun concept of first person shooters right away.

The zapper, also called the Duck Hunt gun. I shot my screen for an hour cause I was bored and had nothing to do.

That's the first time you actually congratulate me,Master Kim.... I feel so proud :)
I don't mean to burst your bubble, Marines, but I was being sarcastic.

However, you are improving in your typing. You could work on it more but at least it's much better than "omg i liek eggss!!!" Keep working on that grammar.

(Grammar is also sometimes associated with spelling, punctuation, and capitlization. So work on those too.)
Hmm....thanks...i think...

However, even though it's more practical to pick up any weapon instead of the assault rifle, it doesn't mean you can't kick a lot of butt with it. I, myself, have brought down many with short, accurate, controlled bursts of the assault rifle.

But the shotgun is better.

Yeh it's the same with me.. If i ever use assault rifle i use short bursts.. I mean if you get killed using the AR at least you've taken their shields down for your team mates right? lol

Needler... far to inaccurate and only the.. advanced.. people are really proficient at aiming them.

I suggest mastering the pistol first since, lets face it, it is probably the best weapon on multiplayer.

Thats my opinion anyway.

I agree.. I use pistol a lot as a primary weapon although i admit i some times carry a rocket launcher or a fuel rod as a secondary but use them ONLY as a last resort if an enemy hog gets too close to our base or is getting too far away with our flag.

I'm pretty good with a pistol and i love the satisfaction of taking a banshee out with one or even killing somebody in a tank.

I've noticed that a lot of people don't make good use of their surroundings.. I'm always taking cover behind a rock, takin a few well placed shots, taking cover.. I often find myself saying to my team "Guys take cover behind them big rocks they're not just good for makin the place look pretty!"

The worst weapon for new players is invariably the pistol. No-one really knows how to use it effectively their first time. I didn't.

If you're taking cover to let your shields re-charge, remember that your opponent's shields are recharging too. It's better to just fire the 3-4 shots to kill them, rather than shoot twice, then hide.

I don't take cover to let my shields recharge.. I take cover to either reload or let them finish shooting which in turn makes them reload and then i have a free gap to take a few shots lol.. If i'm waiting for shields to reload i kinda back off a little over a hill or somethin
