In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Red vs Blue.com or youtube?

Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

So let me make sure that I understand you correctly.

There is something that is made by someone and you want it. The person(s) who made it are selling it, but you don't want to pay for it. So, you come to a site provided by people who also make digital creations and sell them, and ask if there is a way to get this thing that you want (which just happens to be made and sold by friends of the hosts of this site) without having to pay what the creator is asking for their work.

Is that about right?

Perhaps YouTube is not playing it because it is copyrighted material that the creators/owners of do not yet want distributed freely, especially while they are selling that content (in order to make a living and keep making/providing those funny videos that you clearly want to see).

Just so I am clear though. You are looking for help to get/download/watch content (for free) that you would otherwise have to pay for (and that you know the creator of that content wants you to either pay for the media and/or visit their site in order to see it)?

Okay, thank you for your honesty.

You do understand that is piracy? That you are asking for assistance to obtain copyrighted material that is commercially available? And that you are asking for assistance on Bungie.Net, a site that is provided to us by folks who make a living selling their digital creations and who also happen to be on friendly terms with RoosterTeeth (who make the digital creation that you are asking for help to pirate)?

Do you see the problem/danger in your request?

Pretty sure he meant he wanted to stream it online rather than buy the dvd's because he couldn't stream it from rvb.com, and wanted to know if there was another site to stream it from.

If I was right, all seasons (I think) are on youtube.

Perhaps. I wasn't clear, so I asked for clarification.

He did mention that YouTube was blocking recent seasons, which I would safely assume may be due to copyright reasons or related to the fact that RT may still be making sales of the content or deriving advertising revenue by showing it exclusively on their site.

I wanted to make sure that the OP was considering that what they were asking for MIGHT be piracy (depending on what they wanted and how they were planning on obtaining it) and to consider the implications and situation.

Hard is good.

Regarding the "can't read edit", my post was made upon your first reply, and after reading the rest of the thread it dawned upon me that what I had suggested had already been covered.

Going by the 1 minute edit rule, (which I totally didn't make up for the purpose of this post) which states that if a poster edits the post within 1 minute of posting the post should be disregarded and others posts should not be built upon it, can we safely assume that my post falls within the rule and should therefore be lost into the abyss?

No worries, just replying to your post that (I felt) raised a valid point that could have easily been missed or overlooked.
