if this is about multiplayer wise, people only think that reach sucks because its multiplayer is for hardcore players if you do suck or only play the occasional FPS then this game really isnt for you. its mainly because its so fair so only the pro's float to the top and the noobs are left behind on the leaderboards and the level of fun aswell. im sorry COD haters (i am one my self) but i am going to have to refer to it to prove a point as why that game has a much bigger population (COD just for aguments sake). whilst games like COD for e.g. there is alot of customisation in armnemts, meaning there are weapons that are over powered such as things like (if you play COD) the UMP45 or the SCAR-H w/ stopping power which in my eye's (hardcore gamers point of view) should only be used by a low level for ranking up ect. but there is nothing from stopping you using it so it compensates for people who arnt good at FPS's so its a easy to play game, be good at it and doesnt take much skill to 'BE PWNIN DA N00BS', which is mainly why not many people play halo and resort to games like COD which is easy to have fun with so to be honest halo is only for people who are good at first person shooters and hardcore gamers. its more a case of are you a hardcore/competitive gamer or are you someone that isnt exactly great at FPS's. plus i would say in halo its also more or less a fair game because of motion sensors. basicly its hard to not know where the enemies are coming from so more face to face battles than sneaking up on someone and assassinationg them. basicly everybody has equal chance until skill comes into it and people knowing how to pace there DMR shots and pre-firing a grenade to get better chances. plus everybody has the same loadout choices which just emphasises all of my points.
hoped you sticked through that 'cause that was quite a chuncky piece of pie and i did lose myself afew times :)
