Subject: is CEA BTB going to be enjoyable??

Founder of Team Reclaimer where we specialize in Big Team Battle and Invasion games. We are all about Communication, Dedication and Fun.

I can just see the massive quitting rearing its ugly head of the sight of teams. I dont see myself enjoying the new maps if that happens each game. Any of these playlist for that matter could be a bummer if people just quit over and over again x(.

I think the bigger question is, how often will the CEA maps show up?

"Before you insult someone, try walking a mile in their shoes. This way, when you insult them, you are a mile away and have their shoes."

If DMR spam, no vehicles, and grenades doing no damage is your thing, you'll love it!

Banned just for calling someone retarded? lolBnet mods
Duardo = retard

So you think Reach is an actual Halo game, huh? LOL
Jesus! There's a BoB in ma Falcon!

Unfortunately you're right, most likely it will be just like lolReach. Theres always gonna be one person who quits then its just gonna cause a chain reaction. Where one person leaves because they dont like the map, then another person quits because another person quits, then another person will quit just because their team is losing, etc. Its gonna be really annoying, and really hard to enjoy the game.

Considering they get their own playlists like Noble and Defiant, I'd say chances are 100% (In those playlists).

BTB doesn't have a DLC only playlist.

I'm pretty sure they'll try to match those with the DLC together like they have in the past.

Finally, no more community maps.

I like to play Reach for fun. I hate MLG, campers, armor lock, and team killers because they ruin that fun. Deal with it.

I'm going to find it enjoyable. I try to not think about negative aspects of a game until it is actually released to the public.

I love it when everyone on my team quits, it's good practice

At least not in the Anniversary playlists. Hell, there won't even be REACH maps in there. Which was what you were asking, I think?

Of course, there is no Forge in CEA, so it would bugger things up if they did start putting community maps in there. But lets face it, it's only a matter of time before they take maps made in Reach, toss 'em in there with the classic and TU settings.

Overall, if you want to play on the CEA maps, you'll want to stick to the CEA playlists. As far as the maps showing up in standard matchmaking playlists, the chances are about the same as a Noble or Defiant map showing up. Which has never happened for me, personally.

So basically... Waypoint is pro-vanilla?

Posted by: Sentox6
Waypoint isn't pro-anything so much as they're just anti-intelligence.

Full parties=quitters
High ranks=quitters

BTB punishes me for having friends :(

R.I.P. Halo 2 <33333333
Do not play halo much anymore. Barely ever come on here.

If i end up buying the maps, then yes it will be fun to play.

  • 11.10.2011 4:40 PM PDT

They haven't done so alot with me (cept in Invasion) and people will probably want to play it since it's new.

When my Xbox is fix'd, I'll run it with you.

PSR = (((K+A)/D)*Win%)*120
The average player's PSR = 100
