... Grifball a lot.

I admit, I like Grifball, but just because the grav hammer is my highest kill weapon, doesn't mean that I suck at the game. Also, Grifball is the best gametype to get the kill challenges, I got the weekly challenge which was to get 750 kills in a week in 2 days.

So, why are you all grifball haters? (if not, sorry?)

I LOVED grifball for a while in Halo 3. It got old. I got tired of people not even being near me and dieing.

There is too much emphasis on good network conditions. I have went back to a game video in theater now and again and on several occasions (in Halo:Reach) the person that kills me wasn't even pointed in my direction much hitting me with the hammer. This can only be attributed to network issues.

It's not a bad thing. Play it if you like it, but you can't expect people to take your overall stats seriously when you've gotten most of your kills in Grifball. It's way too easy to rush and then spawn kill the enemy team. Takes minimal skill. You kind of answered your own question: 750 in 2 days? That's ridiculous.

Because grifball players thought a 50 in ranked grifball in H3 meant they were good at the game.

And it's mostly dependent on connection. I played it yesterday and it was added to my list of most frustrating experiences in Reach.

It's not bad at all. Online gaming is just the escape hatch to all the world's insecurities.

I like grifball...but it's old and very stale now. Not to mention laggy as hell
