Pioneer and Enthusiast for Halo 3.

I go by the Halo 3 stats. Really, it's been proven effective 95% of the time. Halo 3 never fails me.

All factors do matter in determining someones skill. In my opinion win/loss and kill/death are important. If you have a negative kd, you are not good. Plain and simple. If you also have 50> win percentage, you arent doing very well either.
