Subject: The Forbidden Writ of Calling

Basically, I make the best topics ever.

Feedback!
Duardo: This thread is locked for being stupid.
cortana 5 : It's perpetually my time of the month and I'm just grouchy.
Foman: I see absolutely no reason, either theoretical or practical, that this is not a superb idea. Excellent work, my friend.

It has been nearly five years since the Webmaster has graced B.net with his letters of answering. I didn't want to do this, but his drinking induced urine break has left me no choice.

I initiate The Forbidden Writ of Calling.

What is The Forbidden Writ of Calling you ask? It is this very thread. The Webmaster has spurned our advances, rejected our questions as too insignificant, and, by doing so, crushed our very spirit and left the community to spiral into chaos. I realize that The Webmaster wields a double edged sword: the wrath he unleashes upon his unsuspecting victim and the knowledge that he bestows upon the weary.

But we live in dark times. Bungie has gone dark, and without a glimmer of light on the horizon, we need a symbol of hope, of solstice. The Webmaster can be that light, however twisted and malevolent it may be. I know there are risks. I know we will lose many of our fellow forum-goers to this madman. But it is for the greater good. Sacrifices must be made.

So I propose this. Let the festering unanswered questions residing in the depths of your soul make their way to the haven that is this topic. At the end of some undisclosed period of time, I shall copy the questions into an email, and send them to The Webmaster in an attempt to awaken him from his alcohol induced slumber. It is a feeble attempt and the chances are against us, but I fear we have little other hope for his return if drastic measures are not taken. You may even feel the need to email the man yourself. All help is needed!

So community, what questions about Bungie, this website, or the webmaster himself do you wish to have answered?

Elitism is good.

I actually really like this idea. I always liked the Webmaster's ramblings.

Where was he anyway?

Don't you know it's bad luck to waken a drunken sleeping man?

Generalizations.
Helping idiots hate other idiots since people have existed.

Find his cell phone number. And keep calling.

"That's about all that can be said for plots, which anyway are just one thing after another, a what and a what and a what.

Now try how and why."

I've come from the future to give you a warning!

Things have gone terribly awry. Until now, I thought myself immortal, but now I know that is not true. There are things that can destroy me. I once boasted to be able to count the atoms in a cloud, to understand them all, predict them, and so did I predict you, but this new chaos is entirely terrible, mindless, obeying rules that I don't comprehend. And it is hungry. With each moment the chaos grows, I am doomed to die here, after so many triumphs.

It's too bad, perhaps if I could have delayed Activision from using their weapon, I could have sent you to explore the ruins of Bungie West, perhaps what you found would give us the answers that we now need so desparately: how to stop this chaos, the purpose of the forum on which you're currently reading, and why the chaos hasn't come here yet.

But with each moment the chaos grows, I am doomed to die here, after so many triumphs. I have detected one ship nearby, which I can only guess is being commanded by the Ling Ling's vengeful spirit. Activision has entered the forums, and if you can find a way onto their ship, you may be able to escape. To escape. To escape.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."
