Yes because that makes logical sense.

Since he has no linked gamertag it must mean, of course, that he has never played Reach, or if he has, he of course is bad.

Life is a journey, if you spend all of it with your nose in your map, you may miss some of the best parts.

because its a pause button.

Implying that a break in the action is a bad thing.
it is when an entire team is using it.

I'm sorry you get so easily frustrated or otherwise unhappy.

I must admit, AL is nearly gamebreaking if a full party is using it. It basically allows the full party's communication / teamwork to suck while still effectively saving each other's backs because of the 6 sec invincibility. They have 6 sec for any one of their allies to come and shoot the attacker. When the attacker gets distracted, the ALer will pop out and the attacker will get double teamed (at least) and probably die.

If a full party is using Armor Lock exclusively then arguably their teamwork and communication actually should be higher than the norm. Just because you have six seconds of invincibility doesn't mean that teammates can reach you in those six seconds, especially on larger maps.

You're also removing the fact that the person who fights said Armor Locker hasn't also radioed teammates to cover his back.

The person may not have had teammates to talk to. Also, the map that this happens on a lot is countdown, which is very small, so a full party with sub-par teamwork could still reach their allies in time. I have never seen a full party of ALers in BTB or on a large map such as boardwalk, so it's not really a problem there.

True, the teammates may not have had someone to talk to. However that does not remove the fact that said player who came against the Armor Lock user could not have had a teammate with him, or come in on the fight, etc. Nor does it mean that the player not using Armor Lock has to remain in an aggressive position which then makes them open to the enemy reinforcement.

Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

~Long Live Halo 2
Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Dynammic spawns on Beaver Creek are retarded.

What in the hell makes you think that something that works as intended is always good?

Sometimes it's the same line of thinking of the people who dislike something means it should always be removed.

Except "not liking it" is not my sole justification for my anti-armor lock stance, while the OP's sole justification is: "Bungie made it so it must be good"

Due to a human error on my part, this isn't the account I play on on xbox live. My gaming account is "Sir Ryan Mozal"
My forum account is this'n right here

Oh, Armour Lock.

When I use it, I run out before my friends, and draw fire. When most of the other team Zergs me, cursing and moaning about the "-blam!- Arse Locking Noob", my team throw grenades, killing a couple of them, draining the other's shields, at which point I Unlock, cackle to myself, and punch those suckers in the mouth.

That said, I avoid people like the plague, knowing that they'll pull the same crap I do, wait till they unlock, then shoot 4-bullet-bursts of my AR into their livers.

Also, here is my Online Gamer-Tag, so ya'll can judge me and stuff.
