So I went into MM for some team objective, a gametype that is barely alive as it is sadly, and got paired with a party of 7. My team was made up of a guy and 2 of his "guests" (who of course just sat there the entire games). My teammate went off to sit around and assassinate the other teams guest and I got to deal with the other 3 by myself while they tried to do the same to my teammates guests.

I don't really have any experience with boosters so my question is this. Whats the point? Do getting assassinations give you a ton of credits or something? Even if that's true, is it really that much more than just playing normally. I mean, I ended up doing better than 2 of the 3 people I was facing.

Anyways, I suppose I just wanted to vent a bit even though it really didnt annoy me that much. I just cant believe people waste their time like that. It must be 0 fun.

Is this typically what team objective has been reduced to? (I rarely play it tbh).

Here's the game for anyone interested.

They're so bad they can't even boost correctly. But one thing, boosting should only be done in full parties. It's not cool to ruin someone's gaming experience because you and your friends aren't good enough to get legit stats.

bungie could have built in a auto-boot based on player inactivity ... but no, lets just punish the player who quits from games like these ... like WTF.

Best thing is to go for the boot option, either him or you.
If everyone ran this way his betrayal count would get that high he (and his two guests) would be basically be booted at any challenge.

It seems they were looking for achievements.. Not to boost in-game stats or commendations.

If that's how a party of people have fun then let them do it. I'll just kill them all while they boost.
