and blood gulch? is hemmorage just as good as....what i talking about hemmorage sucks.

As horrible as Hemmorage is, please tell me you picked up on the irony I was lacing that post with.... I tried to make it clear with the intentional misnaming of RvB, among other things...

Beyond Limitations...

Having a 3-shot-kill pistol outside the Anniversary Classic playlist and forcing Reach players to adapt to a 2001 playstyle seems a bit dumb.

You wanted classic Halo CE multiplayer. Fine. Some of us wanted to play Reach.

Only need to adapt for a little bit, if you dont want to play with the pistol dont step foot into the anniversary playlist. Sure it sucks that you payed money for the maps, but if you dont want to adapt dont play simple as that :)

"I'm a 40 in Team Spelling, but I have the most worstest time leveling up in Team Superlatives."

Thanks for the feedback guys. You've just about got me convinced, but now the question is changing...do I buy just the maps via DLC or do I get the full HCEA?

Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Yes. But the spawns on Beaver Creek are atrocious.

Hello, Community!

Hopefully if you're reading this, it's because you're interesting in kicking your campaign experience up a notch by cranking up the Legendary with all skulls activated :-) Need advice? A guide? Maybe even a friendly community to cheer you on and help guide you through the process? Then give our Mythic thread a read, and Godspeed on your Mythic journey!

Best Regards,
The Tyrant

For me, the new firefight map alone makes it worth the money. For the first time we finally have AI friendlies to add a bit more variation to the encounters :-)

That depends largely on YOU and what type of Halo gamer you consider yourself.

For me, Halo CE has been and continues to be my favorite all time campaign (for any game). Getting the chance to play it with updated graphics, skulls, terminals, and achievements is an awesome experience. It's almost like playing it for the first time! Not to mention this is the first time you can finally play the campaign co-op with a full screen over Xbox Live.

Plus, I can now introduce friends to the original game who got into the series late without making them accept the graphical reduction of the original game.

Ohai, I'm Loscocco (pronounced Loss-cocoa). I'm a college student (computer science major), 3D animator, and long-time Halo player.

The multiplayer maps are some of my favorite in Halo Reach. The anniversary multiplayer is my personal favorite compilation of settings since Reach's release. In other words, yes, I think they are definitely worth it.
