And once he left it...then what? You realize space is 99.9999999999999999---% just that - space. Absolutely nothing, anywhere, for billions of miles. The odds of him reappearing in an atmosphere, let alone one he can breathe, are so slim it's not even worth counting. And his suit only has ninety minutes of air. And who says it'll protect him from whatever cosmic f***ery that goes on in SlipSpace, anyway?

Lets see...the fact that John and some other Spartan's do it in a Spirit Dropship in "First Strike"? They launch the Spirit from a covvie ship whilst it's in slipspace, and it exits just fine.

They were inside the ship going through the "portal", which was on the outside. In Jorge's case, the "portal" was activated right next to him, from inside the ship.

Also, I'd like to point out he was breathing just fine when he removed his helmet, and since the field completely encased the smaller ship, no damage would be done to it. Therefore life support systems are accounted for. Next argument?

Once again, the bomb was set off right next to him, not outside the ship. An explosion going off right next to you is a bit different from an explosion going off outside your car.

No point to it, when you think about it.

I note how you're completely ignoring the fact it's not an explosion. Ships are built with these things, and they go off inside the ship next to vital ship parts- like engines -with no adverse damage. Halsey even flew in small civilian craft that had a slip-space drive that she was repairing mid-slip-space-flight with no death.

Usually it isn't an explosion, but watch the cutscene again.

Looked like an explosion to me. >.>

The truth is only Master Chief is dead.

Reach is 100% perfect, and the single most competitive game since Candyland. Anyone who dares question the godly powers of Bungie is obviously just bad at Halo.

Funny how that forerunner portal made by that forerunner artifact that the Dreadnought flew through looked exactly the same (A big purple sphere) without the prophets or the humans that followed them exploding or disintegrating. The only difference was that the sphere was open longer.

But was it opened in front of the Dreadnaught, or inside the Dreadnaught?

Carter's not dead.
Kat's not dead.
Six isn't dead.

Neither are James, Li, Daisy, Joshua, Vinh, Samuel, Isaac, William, Anton, Malcolm, Solomon, Arthur, Grace, Cal, Sheila, Alpha company, Beta company, or Gamma company. None of them are.

lol
Spartans never die. Not because they're invincible. Far from it, actually. Because even then they're gone, they live on in the hearts of those they died to save. They live on in us, in the books, in the games, in our monuments to them.

...Emile's totally dead though.

No point to it, when you think about it.

Concept's exactly the same, as there are instances where a portal isn't always created and the whole ship just JUMPS. Mostly done with human ships, but that's the type of drive they used anyway.

Nope they all died.

They're not dead, because they haven't been born yet.

Mind: blown.
