Ok, I hope you guys don't get mad for me posting this here, but this IS a post talking about GPU's. I just bought Halo PC, I always liked Halo, but never tried plaiyng on PC, I used to play Live but frankly I'm sick of people's BS, how I suck becuase they ran into a grenade and expect not to die, not sick of the BS itself, just hearing people yell so much that it seems they will start bleeding form their throaths or pop a vain. Anyways, I wanted to ask a couple question, so here I go:

1. I wanted to get a GeForce 6800 Ultra, but should I also buy a nForce 4 PCI motherboard too? I haven't checked mines, I'm not very technical but I know the basics.

2. Do I NEED a physics card for the game to run better or good?I never played many PC so I'm not really related with this stuff.

Here's a link to the physics card i was tlaing about

I like how he switch his point from the 7900GTX quad sli beats crossfire to a 7900GTX beats a x1900XT.

because as me and sexy legs have clearly stated there are no mobo's that fully support, so all these "tests" all are null.

Dude, please stop putting words in my mouth.

I never said that. You said that. All of the tests are legit. They aren't 'null'. Multiple review sites have built Quad-SLI setups. They didn't just pick the cards up off the street - they ordered the system from a system builder. Quad-SLI computers are available on the retail channel.

we took two systems from an authorized computer builder based on the Radeon X1900 XT CrossFire and the GeForce 7900 quad SLI and configured just like our typical testbeds.

The tests are entirely legitimate and fair in every way.

And I was pretty darn sure that it was basically Quad-SLI and two-way SLI versus Crossfire, too.

Hate to burst all ur bubbles but the 7900s are still "new" si drivers are FULLY optimized for them. Quad SLI is new too 'see above'. Quad SLI motherboards have full 16PCIe lanes. 8 per card. Total of 32. Quad SLI rips x1900xtx's a new one but for twice the cost. :(

basically, quad sli is nice, but not that much of an improvement over 2 cards in sli. Its a rip-off and not necessary for anything unless you have unlimited money.

This is kinda funny don't you think, the next thing you know, Nivida is gonna come out with Quad Quad SLI with 16 Geforce 7900 GTX cards running at the same time.

Ok, quad is 4, so Quad Sli is 4 cards, now Quad Quad is 4 times 4 which equals to 16. See what i'm saying.
