Nice try though. Next time come with valid points.
1. It can be experienced for less with less features, that is to say. I also believe in a rule of business (in most, but specific situations) which is that you get what you pay for. If you want a cheaper version of the game, then buy the cheaper version. If you want to get a better/more expensive version, then you are going to hand over more money to your retailer.
2. I don't go on Amazon simply because I don't buy on Amazon. And I don't check into buying games online because:
A - It takes ages to arrive at my door and there is a chance they can get lost.
B - Shipping to my house isn't cheap.
C - I can save more money by walking to my game store 30 minutes from me then I could paying shipping cost buying.
I go by the price the game is sold for at my local EB Games store (Canadian version of Gamestop) if you were wondering.
3. If DLC is sold seperately for $15, then just because it comes with a $40 game package doesn't mean that the DLC is $40. That isn't how it works.
Halo: CE (Original) = $15
Halo: CEA (Remastered with more features) = $20-25
Halo: Reach (Downgraded) = $15-20
New DLC (Extra code) = $15
Total = $50-65
343ind. Price = $40
If anything, this is a seriously good deal. IMO
4. No. It is not an excuse. Thus, why I never labeled it as a number. I simply stated it as one reason to look at the glass half full. Assuming all of my friends are 8 year old retards, I will calmly let you know that most of my friends are 15-25 years old and that half of them have never played Halo CE. Most of them aren't spoiled and can barely afford to buy games at all. As for me, I work for every dollar that I have. If I make a few extra bucks then why not?
I could go on all day but I am arguing with a brick wall as it is like an atheist trying to turn a Christian or a Jew into an atheist. If you don't want to buy the game, don't buy it. If someone else thinks that the game was worth spending their money, then that is their opinion. I have no hostile intentions and I only wanted to clarify with you why the game costs as much as it does.
