Honestly I think (just my opinion) that Halo: Reach's Forge takes no skill whatsoever. In the original Forge you had to go through a lot more of process to make an item stay where you wanted it and maps became more of an emotional value to the creator for the effort put into them. Just my personal experience and opinion...
