so if I wanted a good halo multiplayer, then I take video games too serious?
LOL
nice logic
No, what he means is the casuals out weigh the competitive players by ten fold.
Casuals don't give a rat's ass what they're playing, they'll buy the damn game regardless, probably just because it has shiny graphics, pretty lighting effects and kewl customization and not give 2 flying elephant trunks about multiplayer.
Who cares about "loyal fans" or "the competitive crowd" when its the casuals that fill their wallets without complaint? or they get the initial sales off the fans and competitive crowd before they realize the gameplay is terrible, just because the name Halo is on the box? Especially when someones contract with the game will be over shortly after release?
It's business, the grim reality of it is they sold out completely though. Casual gamers don't over shadow the competitive community at all, MLG and serious gamers bring way more publicity to the game before and long after release then casual gamers do.
Thats also not true about casual gamers not caring about what they play cuz I sure has hell no that the competitive gamers had no problem with bloom and now its going in everywhere, ruining the game for the kids that took time to get good at it with bloom to cater to the kids who just complain all day long.
