Halo: Reach is the beginning of a new age for gaming.
It proves that developers can get away with punishing their players instead of fixing their game....and yet the fanboys will still sing praises to them.
-blam!- all of you fanboys!
Bungie deserves no respect.
They were the first to develop and use the 'one-armed-bandit' style of matchmaking that has become so prevelant in every other AAA multiplayer FPS on the X-Box.
Did you know before Halo 2 released, There was a game called Return to Castle Wolfenstein that used X-Box live? Did you know that Wolfenstein perfectly incorporated a server browser style of matchmaking?
343 also deserves no respect.
They have done nothing but cater to the dumbest bunch of -blam!- crybabies that this community has to offer.
If you -blam!- about bloom and blame all of Reaches problems on Bloom. YOU'RE A -blam!- IDIOT!
They remake a 10 year old game, reskin it. And charge you full price for it. And to top it off, they make this reskin use Reach.
Neither deserves -blam!-.
The only reason Halo 2 even did so well was because it was Halo, and it was one of the first and only games at the time to take advantage of X-Box Live. Halo 2 was the beginning of the downfall.
People associated Halo with the Xbox, in the same way they associate Mario with the Nintendo. Other than that. Halo has been nothing but -blam!-, garbage.
