I have played it for about 18 hours now. Not all at once, but before and after school. Im so evil that I have huge horns, red eyes, emit red smoke, white-cracked skin, pail blue vains on my arms, and wear a mixture of assassin and will-dark clothes. I also wear a spikey helmet sometimes.

BTW: My weapons kick total ass.

exactly my point you tell him oneindustriesusa

but yea Fable kicks all other RPG ass and im saying this after playing Baldur's Gate the best RPG before Fable came out

How could it be better then Baldur's Gate? =(

im so very sorry to say it i am a very loyal Baldur's Gate fan ive beaten every game in that series ever and yet i belive that fable will conqer and kick tushi

Baldur's Gate by the way is a must have for all RPG lovers amazing story good graphics loads of weapons i belive the amount is somewhere in the 500 loads of spells diffrent classes so meny side quests you wont do them all even if you beat the game four times and yet i belive that fable has some element that can conquer that perhaps its the amount of realism and the way people react to you who knows when i get the game today i will tell you

Yeah, it is crazy the way people respond in fable. You can even get books on how to change your appearence to make yourself more trust-worthy to villagers. I, personaly, look way to evil to be trusted, so villagers tell there children to stay away from me, and people actually flee at my sight. Shop owners stutter greetings when I come in. If only real life were this way. :(

yeah you can bash crates and steal stuff. but your character will be more evil. also you'll notice the law enforcement will become a little unfriendly towards you.

Ok i wanna explain what my guy looks like. I have only played it for like about 5 hours now and i wanna build up my strength.

Ok i got a buzz hair cut, i usually just run around with no shirt and the pants i got from the guild. Then i found some assasin shoes. Right now im using the cross bow and a clever. I have lighting attach with the clever. So it always has shinny stuff comming off it. Oh yeah im still at good standing. I also have only three quests under my belt. All of of them done naked so far.

I wanna get sholder tattoes but it seems as if all the tattoe artist left or something. Does anyone know where i can find them?

Hey has anyone got a wife yet? The women are expensive... hmm its almost like in the real world.
What melee weapon should i buy next?

How can baulder's gate be compared to anything below Rouge?

Baldur's Gate is one of the best RPG's out there. How can you say such a thing about it?

I am only into the 2nd/3rd main quest but I am AWESOME! These bad guys bow down and worship my Spellwarrior! I am good(although very tempted to be evil) and wearing NO ARMOR. Just clothes. But my offensive skills are so high that no one can mess with me. Crossbow one guy, zap another with lightning, and then PWN with my sword. Loving it.

its so freaking awsome its bigger then morrowind

Actually it's not. The game is cool, but it's seriously lacking in a few departments.

Don't get me wrong, the game is really cool, but a little bit clunky. The environments are kinda KOTOR style, where you can't just go anywhere, and you can't jump or swim.

The character customisation is meager compared to morrowind, however the ability to change tatoo's, haircuts, clothes, etc. and the fact that they affect how people respond to you is pretty awsome.

The game kinda feels like Zelda windwaker to a degree, very similar, but I can't put my finger on it.

There don't seem to be that many weapons in the game, of course compared to morrowind.

The battle system is a bit tough to get used to, but almost reminiscient of a really cut down ninja gaiden.

I really love the magic, i think its very well done, and reminds me of diablo for some reason.
The same thing goes for the enemies, very very reminiscient of the diablo series.

As far as the ranged weapons, very difficult to use well, but I imagine I'll get used to it. Be careful not to shoot friendlies by accident, I've killed many a good trader that way.

Being able to boast is pretty cool, but I guess you have to be plenty skilled to pull off whatever boast you put out, especially the "finish quest without taking a single hit" one, which offers you tons of gold.

I already found a wife, apparently my character is ultra-sexy, the women are ALL attracted to me, however I'm not sure how to buy a house, or how much dough it will cost.
I wonder if I can flirt with my sister if/when I find her.... that would be funny as hell.

I can't wait to beat the game, and then go through it super-evil like I did w/ KOTOR, they make it seem like a lot of fun to be a badass.

So heres my rating, which is biased because I loved morrowind so much, however, from what I can tell, it wont be like morrowind in the way that you "suddenly realize I've spent nearly 900 hours playing this game, and what has it gotten me, I'm still not done! I might as well kill myself now!"

So far, the game is 8.8 out of 10, but I expected it to be closer to a 9.5.
This is based on how I judge the game, which may be reallly different than anyone else.
for example I give morrowind a 9.1

Right now I'm not very far though, I'm only up to the quest where you go back to the original town that you start out in, and have to infiltrate a bandit's stronghold to do something involving the seeress. I am absolutly stuck here, as you're supposed to sneak past the guards, and I have no clue how to do so. I spent an hour trying, and got frustrated. If anyone has an easy way of gettin g through that part, please explain.

FABLE!!! w00t.

You can level up whenever you want really, as long as you get enough XP. You have multipurpose XP, Strength XP, Skill XP, and WIll XP. multipurpose can be used for any of the three, strength can give you health, or toughness, or physique, will can give you any number of spells, or an increase in your mana capabilities, and skill can give you accuracy, speed, or guile (thief/mercantile skill). You cant just pick up any useless thing, and when you look through a barrel, it just gives you whatevers in there, or says you find nothing of interest. You cant search corpses, but sometimes they drop satchels containing potions or food.

The demon doors sound interesting, but I havent figured out how to get any of them open yet, so I'll have to work on it. Its basically a door that talks to you and if you can preform something, or have gotten to a certain "goodness" or "evilness" rating, it opens and you can plunder away. Chests that are locked require a certain amount of keys, and at this point I havent found a single key, so meh.

Balverines! w00t. like werewolves, and they are uber. !

Enchanted Items... you have to find these things that when attached to weapons give them certain power, i.e. lighting, or sharpness. So it's nothing like morrowind.

I love charming the ladies and giving them gifts, I'm the ill player.

I love coin golf or whatever, mad fun minigame.

I can't wait to find out more when I get home from work!

FABLE~!

it's live aware. meaning while your playing you can recieve invites from your friends and it shows you online playing fable. but no part of the game can be played online.

if you are counting story line then yes. if you looking from a technical aspect than many RPGs have eclipsed FFVII
