It's like arguing with an autistic monkey. Weooow

strange that's how I'd describe most of the "pro" community, seems to fit better as they are obsessed with numbers almost to an extreme fixation.
Cool generalisation bro.

shame the generalisation holds all too well or it would almost be funny

Beyond stupid.

yes it is to keep playing Reach just to moan how terrible you think it is when Halo 3 the game you claim to love is still quite active and kicking, glad we agree there.

Nope. SouthPole isn't a person. He's the avatar of the force of tryhards everywhere. He stalks the web looking for retards to set straight. He can not be stopped by mere bans or thread locks for he shall rise anew.

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

Can you make sense, just for once?

Sense is subjective as to me playing a game I hate regularly and being passionate enough to spend a lot of time on the forums for it is something I really don't see any sense in.

If only.

Some things can never be fixed. Like the massive aim assist or the grenade damage modifier.

wow, reading this thread .. you'd think some things about this game being catered to casuals weren't blatantly obvious. Like the fact that the core ranking system involves playing games, regardless of the playlist or how well you actually do in the games.

lol, and the fact that theres just one playlist out of twenty where you can attain a competitive rank.

derp.

Slow movement, caters to try-hards because try-hards overcome it with teamwork

Low Jump Height...doesn't belong in this argument.

Armor Lock, works really well in a team oriented game.
You think Armor Lock caters to casuals? Have you ever seen a stacked team using it religiously? Right.
Scenario for Armor Lock users. Casual team vs Competitive team:
Casual guy goes into armor lock, gets surrounded. Dies after it wears off
Try-Hard goes into Armor Lock, his team-mates come by to bail him out.

Bloom, is overcome by teamwork and team shooting.
Who does bloom hurt more? The solo player that is shooting at someone by himself, or the guy who has a team that does back him up and teamshoots?

Credit system doesn't belong in this argument.

Grenades, give everyone the same benefit as the next person.
You bring it up as though try-hards don't throw grenades or something.

this sums up basically everything you just said
