Look up spacemarines on the wiki then come back.

I doubt the flood can infect them easily.

Forerunner combat skin.
The flood had little problem, bearing in mind there where many more forerunners than space marines.

Also you guys may be forgetting something. It does not take an infection form to infect a host. One spore is sufficient to mutate a host, which will then begin releasing more spores to infect others. "As long as any hosts remain, the flood is virulent."

There is one thing that is not stated i need to know to judge if the space marine would survive...do they have gas masks ?
MC survived the flood only thanks to his suits air refreshment system...or else he would get easly turned into flood.

If not then the flood easly pwnwtf the SM...Infecting one and then using his power against his kind.

I wasn't talking about the armor bro look at their augmentations.

They don't need a gas mask they can breath in poison and stay unaffected.

But their helmets are filtered.

Spacemarines can kill other space marines easily their guns are miniature rocket launchers.

All the flood needs is a nervous system and a flood spore i assume dosent even need it....Meaning that SM's are infectable.

Dosent mean that a miniature rocket launcher can kill a flood spore.

You all forget that the warhammer factions would know nothing about the flood, placing them in the exact same position as the forerunners when they first met them.

The forerunners could have wiped out the flood without breaking a sweat if they knew how to defeat it in the early encounters, but they didn't know anything about the parasite and the flood was able to grow in strength, using the forerunners own weapons against them.

So what? The Necrons, the Daemons, and the Immaeterium (including the God-Emperor) will all easily wipe out the Flood. Heck, even the Death Guard Chaos Legion can probably take out all of the Flood by themselves if they were blessed by Nurgle

They wear helmets bro.

If you knew anything about the imperium you would know they would destroy the flood as soon as they saw what they could do.

I.E Virus bombs on the infected planets.

Also he said everyone is at full strength so tyranids and necrons alone would win.

The Floods strength = the strength of whatever it assimilates. There is no measure of the strength of the flood. They are as powerful as the most powerful enemy they fight

Since your following OP then necrons would not be fighting.
And tyranids would get infected by the flood.
Please dont argue about that...its been done thousands of times...The FSC is "perfect" it infects everything that lives...It survived a virus made by AHE and came back, destroying the forerunners.
Now i bet you will say the tyranids would make a cell against FSC ...FSC would just mutate and start infecting again...thats why its perfect.

The OP didn't say no gods, he only said that the gods can't snap their fingers and everyone dies. The gods can still snap their fingers and have whole planets blow up.

Last I checked, the only thing it could form was the generic biomass lining the walls. Infection forms come from carrier forms, who come from damaged combat forms. Pure forms come from a lump of high calcium bodies (IIRC). Graveminds and proto-graveminds are formed from bodies being shoved together. Infact, the only thing we've been proven they can form(on their own) is spores, generic biomass similar to the zerg creep, and infection forms.

Space marines have augmented lungs, and helms. Their skin is as tough as diamonds IIRC, meaning their skin is basically armor and I don't think the infection form could pierce it.

Only, the warhammer races are fond of bringing forth large armies against whatever foe it against them.

Again, the Forerunners would have wiped out the flood if they treated it as a threat from the start, which they did not. 40k, Star wars, they wouldn't make that mistake. Hell, the Elites didn't and they SAVED a planet that got infected, and the forerunners couldn't even do that. Or wouldn't.

Plus the imperium doesn't care about saving a single planet they would destroy a planet without a second thought.

Taken from the halo wiki:
Later in their history, a Forerunner survey team came into contact with an extragalactic parasite known as the Flood on the planet G 617 g (details of this first contact are unavailable). After this first contact, the Forerunner immediately recognized the great danger that the Flood posed to the entire galaxy and attempted to contain them.
Also, considering the flood is already at full strength, that would be irrelevant. The flood use a species's own strengths against it, its like fighting yourself but when a soldier dies, he just joins the enemy team.

Do they destroy a planet whenever it is conquered by an opposing force or try to take it back first?

If it was the flood they would destroy it.
