If you have 40k, and you aren't a fanboy, then you have to know that 40k would curb stomp halo. And whether it not you think it sucks makes no difference.

No...halo is wining because this forums are full of halo fans...not idiots....we vote for it knowing it wont survive just to give huge numbers on halo side...
I didnt vote....but however i understand those people who did vote for halo.

I enjoy halo for it's story and when I am in the mood, its gameplay. Reach was significantly worse then I expected but was still a great game (minus the european hitscan fiasco). I am sitting on a two mile wide fence on the subject of halo 4. Most of the things I like a technical aspects though and not story or game play. Plus I am slightly mad they took my elites from MP.

Wow, is this still going on?

40K
right on the nail!

also how come humanity is not counted as being in the dark age of technology? To my knowledge the OP said that each race was at its strongest.

Also I have seen regularly that people are forgetting when the Eldar actually were at full power - and it was long after the necrons vanished. Since we haven't discovered what the milienium system is based on I am going to guess it is the western calender - This puts the end of the necrons around the time of the end of the dinosaurs. Now going by this system the Eldar had galactic dominancy around the 10th millenium and they fell to the predations of Chaos around the 20/25 millenium
Basicly the war in Heaven was a long, long, long time before the ascendency of the eldar.

Now on to weapon statistics - a good guardsman (such as the Brimlock eleventh Imperial guard regiment, Carsons company) could 2sk a spartan (they have fought orks at full maturity on the ground, outnumbered and won!) (-sk = - shot kill, the lower the number the better the weapon/better the gunner/luckier the gunner) normal guardsmen from Cadia probably couldn't hit the side of a barn, but thats because they are the Imperial guard equivelant of Ultramarines. But hold on OP said at FULL POWER So the veterans of the Geno Five-two chiliad will do more than suffice now with the superior model Las carbines of the 31st millenium I am pretty sure they could 1sk a spartan (they could do it to a Space marine, well any ones but the Alpha legion but thats due to incompatability of fighting styles.)now on Imperial warships.

In the 31st millenium warp travel is much, much quicker. On good speed war fleets of thousands of ships can travel to any extreme location within months. In the book Horus rising it takes them one Month to travel a good chunk of the galaxy to aid the Emporers childeren in the sub-book Brotherhood in spiderland. best of all, or worst of all if your routing for Halo, in the book Galaxy in Flames the Out classed and out dated frigate Isenstein is commented as being small for friagte, at a measly 4KM in length!. This is then backed up in the sequel book The Flight of the Isenstein. so Halo seems pretty srewed doesn't it, well it only gets worse. The Isenstein can pump out a whooping one hundred world eater virus shells a minute.

I believe I do not need to say any more all it takes is a large fleet of ships (the largest recorded Imperial fleet is a gigantic 4000 capital ships (and unlike Halo, frigates Do not count as capital ships) and this was after the "death" of the Emporer)and the will of the Chaos Gods that Halo Universe be destroyed and the Fleet can arrive even Before it was launched. There is no need for every race to fight here all it takes is Imperial guard and the will of the Chaos gods for calm warp "lanes" for the 40K universe.

I rest my case

The only reason that I'm carrying it on is because there are still stupid fanboys who think that Halo can win or are voting Halo because they don't want 40k to win, both of which are stupid.

Fanboys who recognise that their beloved universe is going to lose and then vote for it so that it doesn't lose instead of facing the facts are idiots. This faceoff isn't a matter of opinion, 40k WILL HANDS DOWN WIN.

It's like if you had a tug of war between a tank and a 4 year old on a tricycle, who would win? No opinion about it, the tank would win. Same applies here.

Curb stomp implies that Halo in no way could harm the 40K universe with any reasonable damage. While I agree the 40K universe wins, you're ignoring the Forerunners, ancient Man, Forerunner Flood, and the Precursors, the preceeding three being at least as powerful as the races in 40K. The only reason the 40K universe wins is the Chaos Gods and their invunerability. We know the Precursors were invunerable to an extent, but without knowing the extent, I'm inclined to give it to the Chaos Gods, or at most chalk it up to a paradoxile tie. Perhaps Primoridium will cover it more.

This is not a curb stomp, but 40K does win. You're showing fanboyism saying that it is.

You don't seem to get it, the Imaterium is only loosly connected to the material universe. All time and space is funelled into the warp and because of that all of time is playing out at the same moment, which technicly doesn't exist as time has no meaning in the warp. Basicly all time exists and all time doesn't exist at the same time. Confused? Well so am I. But anyway if all of chaos united in the warp to destory the Halo universe that means all the power of the Immaterium is being harnesed to aid the 40K universe. Basicly all they need to do is assemble a fleet with virus bombs enter the warp and get the forces of chaos to take them back before their enemies existed (since all of 40K is united against halo they can do this) and destory the home planet of their enemy, before they are born. Now normally this would cause the grandfather paradox, but because the warp is mostly made of half-casts of the material universe and all of space and time exists at once, the grandfather paradox does not apply.

Then the fleet simply decides it's next enemy/victim and erases them from the history books. If that is not a curb stomp then I do not know what is...

Indeed, but it is also known that within Hidden library lies knowledge about everything that as happened. Everything.

With it, the knowledge of Halos could be spread over 40k's side which would lead to production of Halo arrays.

Since Halo arrays are capable of harming Precursors, wouldn't it mean that Precs no longer are a true threat, right?

It is a curbstomp, because I'm pretty sure that OP said no precursers and no Chaos Gods owning everything. Therefore the most powerful race you have is the forerunners, which would be crushed beyond recognition by necrons, eldar, chaos space marines, chaos legions, dark eldar and tyranids. SO yeah, your most powerful race is outmatched by several of 40ks. It is very much a curbstomp.

Who said halos can harm the precursors ?
Please show me a source ?

Also dark Ben ...i bet the eldar..and imperium would not do much damage to forerunners.

Also u might say we dont know what the eldar where at their full power....
SO DONT SAY THEY WHERE STRONG IF YOU DONT KNOW BECAUSE WHEN I PLAY 40k they sucked badly.

Wow fanboyism. in the tenth millenum (as I already established) the Eldar held galactic ascendancy. And BTW they don't suck, they just are nearly extinct but they still pose a threat to Sol the most defended system in the Imperium. Also I have explained how 40K curbstomps anything in halo, and I have done it within the rules as no god clicks its fingers and everything is dead. Read my posts next time, you might learn something also read up on 40K, you have an appaling lack of knowledge on the subject.

Nobody give him a source, how about you read cryptum?

You do understand that things are weaker in games due to children like you complaining about how "hard" things are and due to engine limitations?

So you are saying the "game version" of the flood would be enough to defeat the nids? wow.

This. The Eldar survived the war in heaven between the Necrons/C'tan and the Eldar/Old Ones, and then went on to creating one of the biggest empires in the galaxy, on par with the necrontyr. Their webway technology as well as predominant psychic powers completely trash the forerunners. Stop being such a fanboy and admit that Halo will not win. NOR DRAW.

Just to clarify once more, I removed the Precursors because we know next to nothing about them. Everything we know about them is conjuncture except their structures invulnerability. We know nothing about their weapons, tactics, numbers, disposition. To included them when we know nothing about them would be silly.

the true fact is that we know little of the persecutors making them the most unpredictable so they should be included to an extent but there is no information on the halos doing any damage to the persecutors except the fact they are transentient lifeforms making the able to occupy every location at one time the would in fact give them a manner of speaking they are immortal to an extent and the data in the great library (Not On a Halo Ring) can only be Accessed by a Forerunner or AI monitor so in the persecutors is there transentient form would be invulnerable to damage in any form (Even the halo array) the firing of the halos in this situation would inevitably proceed to a stalemate. because all the species would be at war but the transentient one i.e (persecutors) there for killing off every one but the Chaos Gods and the persecutors.
Being drawn in the two remaining species would then be unable to harm each other (making the stalemate)
the way it happens every one fighting the that fail safe/last resort (Halo)
due to the Flood reaching critical mass (possibly multiple graveminds)

there for the officially ends as the biggest stalemate of all time ever
