You can never succeed if you never try.

I have the other 2 map packs, but am curious whether or not I should get the map pack that released with Halo Anniversary. I looked at the playlists and I noticed that not alot of people are playing the anniversary playlists.

However, my other 2 map packs are pretty much useless because I can't enter premium battle to actually use them, and most of the people I play with/against in matchmaking don't have them.

Is the content actually worth the money?

When the game is over, the king and pawn go into the same box

I think so. I quite enjoy the Anniversary playlists... and this is coming from some one who used to think there was nothing wrong with default Reach. The changes they've made in the Anniversary playlists are quite noticeable.

Logic.

Yes, the maps in this pack are actually good (unlike the others imo) and having several dedicated playlists means you are guaranteed to play them a lot.

Yes. It's about all I play at this point.

Also, the maps are a lot of fun. They're all previous Halo maps, so some should be pretty familiar.
