I may be wrong, and someone please correct me if I am. If its a wireless router you have, you probably need to set up port forwarding on it. I'm not 100% sure though. Perhaps go to HERE and find your router. That and you may need to set up a static IP address for your computer (One that never changes). PM me if you need anymore help. But I think someone else in The Maw can probably do better than I.

Hm...wireless...have you tried actually hooking your computer up to the internet? As in, fishing out that ancient broadband cable and sticking it into your laptop? Wireless is good, but for gaming, it's not the best idea in the world. Firstoff, have you encrypted your wireless network? Cause if not, someone else nearby can leech off internet from your network and thereby clog up bandwidth.

Another thing, check for firewalls, and turn all of those off if you've got them on. They take up valuable bandwidth and they also restrict access. What I mean by turn them off, by the by, is making sure their programs are NOT running anymore.

Also, open ports 2302 2303 for gaming.
