So, had this awesome game on High Noon, got a running riot easily with the shotgun (hey, it was easy ducking in out of hallways, tunnels, etc), and then this noob spams his Sniper Rifle at mid range and manages to get a lucky head shot, comes over to my corpse and defiles it with his crotch.
Did he even get a killing spree? Nope, but he acted like he just accomplished the best thing ever in that single game by killing a player, once, out of luck and it wasn't the game winning kill (my team lost because the rest of my team went and herp-a-derped and ran off into random directions instead of sticking together)
I actually lol'd when he teabagged me, I bet he was so mad that entire game until that point because he really was putting all his effort into pressing that thumbstick.

So the question is, if you consider yourself an adept player, do you find that "noobs"/"bad kids" tend to teabag twice as hard as you would to them?

The celebratory "tea-bagging" has been in Halo since the beginning. I don't think it is for bad kids as much as it is tradition.

True, it's been a tradition, but would you say that "bad kids" tend to do it harder better faster?

Why the -blam!- is there not a "no" option

Because then you'd need to explain why you voted "no" intelligently.

Problem?

Why would i NEED to ever do that herp derp.

I suppose over-use is possible, but I don't see a problem with it, nor it being linked to "bad kids".

If someone needs to explain why they say "no", then same should be said about saying "yes".

Name's John. I'm a 21-year-old firefighter/EMT from lolhio who doubles as a die-hard Halo fan. I've been enjoying the franchise since 2001. My favorite iteration of Halo would have to be Halo 2 simply because I never got to experience the joy of a full-on Halo: CE LAN.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Oh yeah, and boot Zome.

Hey man, I don't teabag that much.

Maybe I'm an exception.

Oh but I did explain why there's a "yes" option - It's one such example of what might happen from player to player.

Another example would be the abuse of Armour Lock.
Or spamming grenades.
Or anything, really.

T-bagging is a Halo tradition. It's used as a celebratory response to favorable situations. You just won a game? Find your nearest teammate and t-bag in their general direction.

I always thought that it was the Halo tradition to celebrate winning a game by betraying all your teammates at the end of the game when the scoreboard comes up before the blackscreen. :3

True :P

But to teabag a player after the player was constantly spanking me the entire game when I randomly luckily kill him/her? Haha, no.

Though I wouldn't mind teabagging someone who Armour Locks <3

I find that if your team is winning by alot then the other team starts to teabag after every kill

You obviously didn't read the part where I typed "I actually lol'd".

But whatever, you can go ahead an assume that I got mad lol.

Oh lol, nice list of opinionated assumptions. I'll go out on a limb here and call you a troll, okay?

Oh and it doesn't take a genius to figure it out, that the reason why I didn't have a "no" option was because I thought ahead of that as people would object to my argument without a hint of logic or reasoning. I wanted to see why people would say "no", or even vote for it, rather than just voting, and then leaving this topic.

Oh and that cross posting thing was outlining the particular user's idiocy. It had nothing to do with teabagging.

Do I need to explain everything for kids like you nowadays? Then again I really shouldn't expect much from people who learned how to argue from Beavis and Butthead.

Forget it man, and get with the countdown. Shake this square world and blast off for Kicksville.

Reach host ranking algorithm: (a*quit_percentage + b*isMexican + c*(1/KDR) + d*hasGuest) * 100
where a > b = d > c

Let's see if I can figure this out.

Average CQC scrub kid shotguns some retards.
One of the aforementioned retards "spams" his sniper rifle, kills average scrub.
Average scrub has massive care session.

Am I on track?

See, I ain't the only one.

Edit : Man, what ever happened to the good ol' MTV cartoons. The MAXX was the -blam!-. Thankfully Beavis and Butthead is back, at least.

For the record, I generally only teabag under two circumstances.

1. There's a lone warrior left on the other team who just won't quit. Their video game honour drives them to waste 10 minutes of my time going -30.

2. I kill a player better than myself with sheer luck. Teabagging in this scenario provides great lulz.

Nope, derailed. I was actually asking what the population thought about teabagging and how it's frequency increases inversely to how good/bad a player is.

And yeah I'm average, but by no means am I a kid - People who teabag at first sight of my dead corpse usually brings me to assume that they are the kids because only those who are immature enough to add insult to injury, and as such my assumption isn't completely unfounded. But that's okay, call me a kid even though I'm like 20 and discussing about what the population thinks about teabagging rather than saying "HEY LOOK AT ME, I GOT TEABAGGED AND I'M OBVIOUSLY MAD BECAUSE I'M NOT INQUIRING ABOUT IT, I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT IT."

Go ahead, you know you want to.
Type "umad bro", lol.
