"We knew the world would not be the same.
A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita.
Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds...'
I suppose we all thought that one way or another."

Why divide our efforts? For years we have focused on Big Team, so that is what we practice, and that is what we play. If some other clan has a problem with us, then they can face us in Big Team, if not, they simply aren't on our level. And if we refuse to lower our standards we should be hacked? That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Sangheili would rather die than be defeated or be considered a coward for that matter.
Do not misunderstand me, I'm not saying to make an exception if you are hacked. If a group hacks you, blacklist them and ignore anything they say. They're obviously not worthy opponents.
I understand that your main focus if Big Team. But Halo's not just Big Team, realize. You can have your 8v8 strategies, and you can have your 4v4 and 5v5 strategies. Different maps are meant for different amount of players, and different strategies. If you want to truly be recognized as a skilled clan, shouldn't you master all forms of team oriented gameplay?
Now what I'm saying is that if you run into a group that wants a match but simply cannot do an 8v8, perhaps you can offer an exception if they are truly eager to face you. Make it clear that anything other than 8v8 is not what your group specializes in, but still offer some sort of alternative you find agreeable and is doable for them. If they disagree, just let them know that they can back to you whenever they change their mind.
