"We knew the world would not be the same.
A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita.
Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds...'
I suppose we all thought that one way or another."
- J. Robert Oppenheimer

lol did Saal cry again because of rank stuff? I believe you know about the time he went ape-blam!- because he was demoted, but at one point Xzan went away and left Zaka in charge, Saal got pissed and even tried to rebel or something which only got him kicked, I believe he taught Exsa how to beg to be back in the clan, seeing as they are both brilliant at it and Exsa said Saal was his father. And yes, this incident was exactly why I left the CSF. Lord know why I defended Saal back then, but it's what originally got me labeled as a heretic.
No wait...it was Thel that took his place though, not Zaka. But anyways, it was an incident just like that which basically led to me leaving. He didn't really rebel, but he threw a hissy fit, cried, and for about a week was just pathetically sucking up to Xzan like he was his little lap dog or something. It was quite pathetic, really. But it was right after Xzan got that concussion, so he wasn't listening to what anyone was saying anyways. And he was forgetting everything, so he was working entirely from the notes he wrote. I made the mistake of standing up to Xzan when he was being rather unreasonable towards Saal. Needless to say, he raged. Two days later Nick told me I was declared a heretic and was put on a hit list of some sort. lol wut
