I'm trying to become an '04, but it's not working too well."

Just wondering- Does anyone here have Kids that post on Bungie.net?

What is the appropriate age in which you can teach your children about the Bungie and the Bees?

Who the hell do you think I am?

I highly doubt it.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I am 17, I hope at this time I DON'T have kids. 0_0

I like to think of myself as an AI - I hunger for information, and I know, one day, that hunger will be my ultimate demise.

Well I'm 16 and I'm pretty ok with all of this. In my opinion though, I believe you should be around 12+.

Indoctrination into the Bungie community should begin at birth...Then they will be fully prepared for the new Bungie world order.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

I got into forums and the Internet in general around the age of 11. If I were a father, I would introduce my kids to the Internet a little older than that...at least, I'd remove the filter later than that (or, perhaps I wouldn't and I'd just hope that they, too, learned the art of evading the filter).

Interesting question, anyway (trying to cut back on my rambling), I think that 13 is a good age to be introduced to Bungie.net, but I wouldn't say any younger.

EDIT: I'm 19 and this was all purely hypothetical.

If I am not posting, then I am reading what you might have posted.

I came to bungie.net when I was 16, reason is because I didn't want to bother with forum sites and such but I don't mind as much. So yeah what the other guy said, 12+ would be appropriate.

I have 3 kids.

Two sons, 11 and 15, and a daughter who's 7.

Both my sons aren't really into Halo, I guess Call of Duty is more of the hip thing right now.

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

I have a 2 year old nephew. It's way better, since I get to play games with him but I don't have to potty train him or pay for his college.

No way I'm letting Lil Cobra on here.
Though at 13 his maturity would put many here to shame.
My 21 year old couldn't care less about this site.

I wonder what a father and son Bungie.net forum posting together would be like.

It sounds cool and awkward at the same time.

I am both:

2) Refusing to take any paternity tests unless and until I am forced to by a lawful court order.

I know my rights you little bastards!

The moderators can ask the dad to discipline his son, instead of warning/banning him. :D

My oldest was once in the WP group for a time until we moved.
My youngest has access to Halo 3 in the SchoolYArd with other WP kids, but none ever post there, so it never really happens.
He can play and has played Halo 3 and Reach with the group, but that's as far as it goes.

I'm sure there's a father son duo out there somewhere.

When they're old enough to understand how the internet works, so I'd say a young age. I started coming here when I was 11. Look at me now...

Considering that we would also have an intimate relation with the younger member's mom (the older member's wife by most calculations), we would tend to try to minimize our contact with the father. I think that you can imagine why.

No, I am only 14 and thank God that I have no kids, (14 year olds should not have kids anyways). But I do have two nephews, (and a neese of the way!). One is 4, and the either is turning 2 in January, (and my neese is due in April).

Let me tell you, being an uncle waaayyyy better than actually being a parent. They are like your kids, but do not actually have to raise them.

Imagine a father and son are on here and they do not know that they are both on the site.
Imagine the reunion they will have on this forum.
