Subject: Halo: Reach Server Down?

Trying to play matchmaking and have custom games with friends but it won't connect to the halo reach server and says that one player might require the full version of halo reach ( we are both playing halo CE anniv.). How can we fix this? Is it a server problem or a local problem?

I get that... But surely a co-member might be having the same problem or might be able to help? Don't necessarily need an "official answer". Where would I be able to go for help then?

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Check your local connection. Make sure everything is running smoothly, and that your NAT is open. If you can talk in a party, your system is clearly connected.

Do a system check on your 360. You can access that option from the system screen in the menu.

Being that Halo is no longer within Bungie's domain, and that this is off topic on this board, I'm going to lock this. I suggest you try our Reach forum, or you go to 343i's boards on xbox.com.

Good luck. I hope you get it all sorted out.
