1. Lights that turn on and off when someone enteres specific room. (it goes with an idea I have for a map based on a training style map for an old game (QW Team Fortress)
2. Portals that only specific teams can use (and for that matter, only people with specific weapons can use)
3. a special item that removes all weapons the person is carrying
4. and for fun, maybe a screen that shows that can show who the best player in the area (arena actually) is doing on a big screen, that resets when everyone leaves.
Here's the map idea of anyone is interested. Think of it as sortive a version of that level with all the teleporters in Halo: Combat Evolved... But based off an old map as I said, it's more team oriented though, so single person teams won't really work =/.
This team can support 4 players btw, if they implement it, and it soly for team slayer type matches...
Chiron 2 (till I can think up a better name...)
Each teams spawns:
Each team spawns in a room filled with a few spawn rooms (to prevent telefragging), in them they are connected to two different rooms. One leads directly to a room where you obtain weapons, grenades, health, ect. This is also the room that contains the item that takes every weapon/nade away from you). The other room is filled with several teleporter, next to each one labels weapons not allowed in the arena they are connected two, and lights above indecating one of two things (two lights above each):
1. Green light indicates teammates in that arena
2. Red Light indecates enemies in that arena
There are about 7 arena's in total.
Arena 1 - Pit
[color=orange]Description:[/color] You get teleported into a circular platform that has a death trap put all around it. It's pretty plain when it comes to arena's, simulates out in the open with limited space to go. You basically just duke it out till you either die from wounds from other players or fall into the pit and die, or leave (there are exit teleporters at that you have to fall into from above that lead back to your spawn)
[color=brown]Unallowed weapons[/color] - sniper rifles (basically, it's only allowed in one or two of the arenas total)
Arena 2 - Pit 2
[color=orange]Description:[/color] Think of this as simular to the first one, except each team gets their own platforms (that are far enough to say you cannot jump from one to the other) and they are much smaller then the first arena's...
[color=brown]Unallowed Weapons[/color] - Sniper Rifles, possible rocket launchers (depends on how small the platforms are) and other large explosives (Full Rod Cannon/Gun)
Arena 3 - Hedge Maze
[color=orange]Description:[/color] basically waht the name suggest, a giant hedge maze were you have to navigate threw a maze in close corner combat
[color=brown]unallowed weapons[/color] - Sniper Rifles and Explosives
Arena 4 - Abandoned City
[color=orange]Description:[/color] you run threw an abandoned City, filled with enterable buildings and cars and such (pilotable vehicles can be included if it seems fit, no tanks though)
[color=brown]unallowed weapons[/color] - None I guess
Arena 5 - Artificial Moon
[color=orange]Description:[/color] Basically a low gravity arena, for kicks mainly.
[color=brown]unallowed weapons[/color] - sniper rifle
Arena 6 - Cannon Fooder (till better name can be made)
[color=orange]Description:[/color] Basically a Blood Gulch type level
[color=brown]unallowed weapons[/color] - None
Arena 7 - 4 Forts
[color=orange]Discription:[/color] A small sniper map, each team spawns in a room that cannot be access by the other teams (and it also contains the exit portals (there's a catch with these though, you cannot enter the room with the exit portal right after taking damage, you must wait a bit before it will allow you in)). Each team can take a risk and enter the actual field or try to snipe from somewhere inside they're base (there's many windows and balconies and stuff to do such.

[color=white]keep note[/color] - Each arena has an exit portal to take them back to their teams spawn whenever they need to return to it.
Please post anything you people might think would make a good level... and maybe bungie will except your idea's and implant them into Halo 2 like other idea's we post on these boards =P
