RC Clone is the anti-thesis of a lurker.

Agreed. Unfortunately, Bungie does not seem to have understood this. Otherwise we'd have maps that actually work well with jetpacks.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying they simply just did not care about Reach and Halo anymore. The franchise, their baby, yes they cared about it. But they didn't want to make games for the series anymore but were still contractually obligated.

I know how that feels. Simply not wanting to work on a project anymore because you've done it for so long.

Name's John. I'm a 21-year-old firefighter/EMT from lolhio who doubles as a die-hard Halo fan. I've been enjoying the franchise since 2001. My favorite iteration of Halo would have to be Halo 2 simply because I never got to experience the joy of a full-on Halo: CE LAN.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Oh yeah, and boot Zome.

That would also make sense. I couldn't fathom how their "swan song" could be such a blatant flop.

Same here. Not as it pertains to game-making, but I've tired of many projects myself. Still, may as well finish strong.

Oh well. I'm hoping Halo 4 will be a vast improvement.

I'd rather see 343 try to improve what Reach failed at rather than just go back to what CE-3 did.

I don't really have a preference of how they do it. As long as it's a huge improvement over lolreach, I'm cool with it. Although, it would be cool to see what Reach could have been had it been done right.

THATS MY COOL MAN I CAN'T TAKE IT OFF!

Are people actually defending the jetpack and blaming the maps? Good lord this place gets dumber by the day.

Jetpack = garbage. Jetpack = broken game. That's all there is to it.

Rain, and Jazz.
Halo: Tactical

I'm either a fool or an inteligent man, depending on how sleepy or angry I am.

I originaly made an account on 07.27.2007 but I wanted to link my GT and made this account. Don't forget your passwords!

wheres the option for: jetpacks shouldnt be taken out the game and require no skill at all.

jetpacks are handy for getting places that take a while to climb, like sword base or solitary. they require no skill since you only have to press a button. your brother is a retard for thinking that jetpacks require skill and your a retard for wanting to take them out.

BAM, this should have ended the thread. It is exactly what needs to be said.

Loled at above comment.

It's really dependent on the map you are playing.

Slayer with increased movement speeds, and a map built around jetpacks would increase the skill gap.

Jetpacks make targets like your retarded brother easy prey.

Noob jetpacks upwards, makes himself an obvious target.
Me: "HEY TEAM, LOL, JETPACKER IN CENTER UP IN THE SKY. SHOOT HIM DOWN!"

I say they should staylololol.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

Take Reach out, the whole game takes no skill.

I think all armor abilities should be taken out of matchmaking, so you can probably guess my vote.

Nice opinion, bro. Too bad you're just as biased as myself and Eric.

Oh, wait. You can't possibly be biased. Your opinion is far more objective because you're you and we're us. You're the exception.
