SC = Supreme Commander/Supreme Canadian.

De Facto leader of the military of the APE (Allied Planets Empire).

Coup = Admiral Asskicker, ZPM hive ship

Basically, it's the same fleet setup as described in the book, only the UNSC forces are bolstered by twelve X-303s [designated as corvettes] and seven BC-304s.

The 303s/304s have technology as per post-Unending.
All ships taking place in this battle have competent crews.

NO TERATON MACS OR PLASMA TORPS

Does anything change? Or does Reach fall nonetheless?

Just wondering if the combined force of the UNSC and the Tau'ri could hold Reach.

Yeah wut?

Books-
Covenant: Carriers, cruisers and supercruiser.
UNSC: Frigates. Halcyon class cruisers. SMACS and that massive ship (UNSC Supercarrier Trafalgar).

Game-
Covenant: Corvettes. Corvettes. Corvettes. Super Carrier. Bout it. (You're forgetting the CCS-Battlecruisers seen in the end cutscene of LNoS, the ones glassing New Alexandria, and the one you snipe with the Mass Driver.)
UNSC: Frigates. Frigates. Frigates. Frigates. And the Pillar of Autumn.

I meant Book Fall of Reach. Game Fall of Reach is one sided, and deals with low numbers.

Sorry? Are you bringing in another force from another sci-fi universe? Tau'ri doesn't sound familiar, haha. The only thing it reminds me of is Tau from the 40k universe...

Tau'ri = Earth from the Stargate universe.

They have like 3 ships....

And if we are actually going to be serious in this battle and not pull some BS that saves stargate then they are going to lose.

They actually have 5 ships. 6 if you count the EOS in the comics. However, unless playing wank games, there is no way that five BC-304s could beat the entire Covenant assault fleet.

Which is why I'm raising the number of ships that the Tau'ri have, and giving all ships in this scenario competence. That's ALL ships, not just the Tau'ri.

And no teraton MACs or plasma torpedos.

"but you already knew that, I mean, how couldn't you?

Only when no Human brick is left atop another, shall we be satisfied with your destruction.

That's more ships than the Tau'ri *have*, as noted.

It depends entirely on what numbers you chose to use:

Numbers derived from book descriptions of glassings would result in the Covenant doing rather well, as the firepower numbers are comparable (mid-high gigatons) whereas if you take the lowest figures (AI datapad values) then the 304s literally could sit there and take the entire Covenant fleet pounding on them all day.
