Subject: Legendary Gameplay

Hi, I am not what you would consider a Bungie.net vet, but when it comes to the games themselves, I've played a good few thousand hours, starting with CE. Though I have a little experience, I have not been able to test or confirm this way of playing the Legendary gameplay. I know I know "Loln00b, u hvnt playd R3ach campain on Legndry?". Just never got around to it for this game. But I saw this on a thread from over a year ago, can anyone confirm? : "If you die a bunch of times trying to get to the end, just save and quit before the end of the level then restart it, it erases your deaths. Then just complete the last bit without dying and it counts as finishing the level with no deaths".

My main question is: If I quit in the middle of the Reach campaign (Or level) whilst playing on Legendary, and start up the next day by hitting "continue play" or whatever, will it count as beating the level when I finish or not? I don't want to waste my time twice on a level.

Also, can anyone confirm what the quote says, about beating it SLASO? Does that work? Thanks playas.

I have no idea, I always played through the entire level before stopping.

Everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion.

I'm part of the Bungie.net Minecraft group/server called SeptaCrafters
We're a Bungie.net group that goes to our very own Bungie server. Most players are from the Halo community either off Bungie itself or through word to Halo friends.

Yes it does erase your deaths. And it counts and finishing the level, but for achievements I'm not 100% sure.
