Subject: bungie.net 2.0

We miss you Logan.
Ask any question. I'll help with anything on site or off.

Do you guys ever miss bungie.net back in the halo 2 days, or the halo 3 day? I liked the overall design on the site. It's just my opinion the community was much more fun back then.

Note I was here from 2004- 2007. I don't know what happened here in 2008.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

No, not really.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

I still have some saved html (I think) files, of Bungie from 1998 - 2002. Some screen grabs below.

1998
2000
2002 (Halo Bungie)
2002
2005 (Html is broken

I really digged the 00 and 02 look back then.

EDITED: The 1998 one was 2002 but I changed it now.

The new site looks great and all, but the old school style(s) were better.

Bungie.net is really simple and clean. Some forums I have been on are annoying to look at. But even with that being said Bungie.net could always have some more cool features.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.
