If you could have any character or creature from any Bungie game as a bodyguard what would you choose? Halo, Marathon, Myth, etc.

An Elite Zealot or a Spartan II.

For me it would be Master Chief. It is too bad that a Mgalekgolo would have trouble following me into buildings. They tend to come in pairs, so that would be another problem. Gravemind is unbelievably powerful, but I could not trust him. For humor, it would be funny to have a grunt protect me.

Edited to correct a typo.

Well slap my balls and call me Santa, I've got lizard tits!

The Prophet of Truth's left buttock, armed with a Magnum with 7 bullets, 5 of which are rubber, a 25% charged Spartan Laser cleverly disguised to look like Homer Simpson, 3 Human grenades and a Spike grenade, none of which can explode, 2 plasma pistols both stuck on constant charge and a Top hat concealing a revolver.

An Elite Zealot or a Spartan II.

The Zealot would make for a powerful, fast, and intelligent bodyguard.

Plus if I get locked out of my house he could kick the door in or slice it open with his energy sword.

But then I would need to buy a new door.

But if you got an elite ranger body guard you get a marksmen and a jetpack.

That's because they are marksmen they aren't meant to be on the frontline.

The Arbiter Thel 'Vadam

The ability to cloak, intelligence, strength, and courage would also make the Arbiter an excellent choice.
