Halo: Reach is the beginning of a new age for gaming.
It proves that developers can get away with punishing their players instead of fixing their game....and yet the fanboys will still sing praises to them.

-blam!- all of you fanboys!

All of you are stupid.

You can't use 1v1 as an argument for or against bloom.

This game isn't about 1v1 battles.

Get that through your heads.

You say the lucky guy wins more in a bloom environment.
I say the guy who sticks with his team wins more in a bloom environment.

It's not surprising that you people can't grasp this concept
Because most of the time that "I DID" play this game, you usually receive NO HELP from a single damn person to teamshoot somebody.

You're all stupid retards running around like chickens with your heads cut off thinking that the game is all about being a Rambo in a Team oriented game.

Learn to break the issue down without resorting to 1v1 as an example. IF you can't, then SHUT THE -blam!- UP!

You think bloom becomes an issue when You're playing on a fully decked team against a bunch of randoms and your spawn trapping them? HELL NO!

You think bloom becomes an issue when you sit in your banshee doing flips above the enemy spawn all day? HELL NO!

So quit your crying.

Typical scenario of what a random goes through during a match:
Constantly fighting against 2 or more enemies at a time.
Never gets any help from the rest of his team.

And you're going to -blam!- and cry when the random gets a lucky kill on you and your team of tryhards. I think you're all just a bunch of whiney -blam!-es who want to blame a game mechanic rather than your own lack of skill to finish off one lone random player.

U mad bro?

Seriously, Bloom is a joke. 343 knows it, MLG knows it, anyone who's played previous halos extensively knows it.

You're the one crying, and now it's your turn to adapt

Here's the real joke:

"Wah. That guy shot 10 bullets to my 5...and won. Because I was wasting time trying to pace it right on his head while he spammed it at my body"

That's the way life works. IF I get 10 bullets to hit you by spamming it. That's 10 bullets hitting you. You most likely haven't even gotten your 5th shot off yet. Yet you want to cry because I hit you with more bullets faster.

It's not luck. It's knowing the weapon and whats its capable of.

IF your opponent knows he can still hit you at that range by spamming the trigger. WHY ARE YOU PACING YOUR SHOTS?
You're an idiot, that's why, and you still haven't learned what your weapon is capable of.

But no, lets just -blam!- about it instead and have 343 cater the weapon to me.

We could spend the next century trying to cater the bloom to each person specifically, and each time someone is going to say. "Bloom isn't working like I think it should. It needs to cater specifically to how I pace my weapon....wwwaaah!."

You're idiots that couldn't adapt.

Neither one really takes more or less skill, one just has a slight influential factor of luck involved.

Either way I don't really care about which does or does not take more skill in the eyes of this forum, as it's only a game for God's sake and people take it so seriously that it's frankly laughable.

DOOM talking sense as always.

None of you nerds play video games professionally so why the hell do you all take it so seriously?

Grow up kid.

Bloom was random in fact that it was never clear if you should spam or pace at a certain distance. At mid range, it was basically a coin toss who would win if both players had perfect accuracy. Sometimes full on spamming would win, sometimes pacing would win. It was inconsistant, which in turn becomes annoying. Now the variability has been removed, which means whoever has the best shot wins. Simple as that, I don't know why you're so mad about it

Everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion.

I'm part of the Bungie.net Minecraft group/server called SeptaCrafters
We're a Bungie.net group that goes to our very own Bungie server. Most players are from the Halo community either off Bungie itself or through word to Halo friends.

Bloom does take more skill.

That magnum fires way to fast.

Magnum has been returned to normal bloom.

DMR without bloom is awesome.

Also, an attribute of a weapon cannot 'Take Skill'. It's like saying 'Grenade trajectory' Takes skill or 'Shotgun Clip size' takes skill

This sig will Self-Destruct in 3.... 2.... 1.... Thank you for your time. Cookie?

As now that they are both separate playlists for both bloom and ZB, I must ask...

Why are you guys still arguing this? -_-
