Ya I also don't understand why it says that....but most of the subtitles in the game don't make sense anyways.

I wrote an email to HBO (check the link in my sig if you don't know what HBO is) asking them the exact same question a few months back. They told me that the complete title is "I would've been your daddy, but the dog beat me over the fence." With the completed title in mind, it fits the level extremely well. MC would be in complete control if those pesky covenant hadn't gotten to the control room first.

If you check out some of the level names from other bungie games, you will see that Bungie has a long standing tradition of giving levels great names. Here are a few classic ones.
PiD: Beware of Low Flying Nightmares
Marathon: Smells like Napalm, tastes like chicken; Bob-B-Q; Pfhor Your Eyes Only...
Marathon 2: Nuke and Pave; The Hard Stuff Rules; If I had a Rocket Launcher, I'd Make Somebody Pay!; For Carnage, Apply Within.
Marathon Infinity: Your Wormfood, Dude; One Thousand Thousand Slimy Things; You Think You're Big Time? You're Gonna Die Big Time!
Myth 2: A Long Awaited Drinking Party; Limbs, Heads, and Smoking Craters.

And those are only single player levels.

Ah, you beat me to it Ops Agent 117. I guess I put too much old school info in my post.
