Motivate you to be more active on the forums or do you pay no attention to such trivial matters?

I have to admit, it motivates me to be more active. Not that it's a chore. It just provides that little encouragement not to be a wallflower.

I went outside today. The graphics were AMAZING. The gameplay WASN"T.

Maybe I should cry for help
Maybe I should kill myself
Blame it on my ADD baby

It doesn't affect me at all.

I post when I see fit.

Every now and then I'll check my title, but I've never had any title higher than my current title and it doesn't really affect my experience. Point is, I come here to read some threads and add my insight if I can. It's merely a cool hat that I'm allowed to wear in public.

  • 12.07.2011 7:49 PM PDT

Absolutely not. I'm very active, and I have a 0% chance of getting a title within the next two years. I still actively participate in almost all discussions simply because I enjoy conversing with you guys. :)

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

My title does encourage me to be more active in the main forums, but I don't spam the main forums.

Got a question, comment, or concern? PM me.

It motivates me to not do bad. I know it means nothing, especially since most people have coup, but it gives me a sense of accomplishment that I don't want to lose.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Not necessarily. I'm active in the forums because I want to be. If there are genuine threads on this website I'll generally voice my opinion because I want to.

  • 12.07.2011 7:50 PM PDT

...Not really, actually. It's just a different color. If you really feel the need to make yourself seem important you can always get Coup, and modify all your settings to look like a forum ninja.

I'll admit it's what brought me back from being one of those Absentees a month or so ago, and it's why I'm still here. OTOH, the more I stay, the less it matters...

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

Nope, two to five posts and I get Mythic - after a week or so off.

It doesn't motivate me to be more active, but it is nice to have a shiny bar and a prefix that denotes your ability to stay out of trouble.

I stopped caring about titles when some moron on this very forum bumped a 3-week-old thread I made about the profanity filter and got me warned for bypassing the filter, even though it was apparent that I had only done it for purposes relating directly to the filter itself, thus, making me lose my Heroic title, which would most likely be Legendary by now.

Oh well. At least I don't kiss ass like everyone else on this pathetic forum. I probably would if I was still Heroic.

What doesn't kill you, only makes you stranger

It does make me want to post more. When I was only honorable I didn't make a huge deal out of posting, but now I feel like I should be at least somewhat helpful.

I honestly don't post so much anymore. I lurk basically whenever I'm home, though. If I ever become Mythic, I'll definitely post more, though.

Brainwashing, idiotic media: "hur dur, vido gaems cas vilenc n iz nt gud. dey ned 2 b baned."

Logic: Really? Then please explain how there's violence in third world countries. I guess they're all poor due to the large amount of video games they buy.

I tend to get myself banned on purpose just because of boredom. Speaking of which, it's been a while since I have gotten a ban, any suggestions?

  • 12.07.2011 8:04 PM PDT

There comes a time in every mans life... and that time is not now.

I'd be lying if i said it didn't, but i generally post whenever i see fit. If there isn't a thread where i think a post is necessary, then i just won't post.

Boredom is what leads me to the amount that I post. Rank used to be a factor a couple years ago.

Umm, it's more the content of the forums, and my schedule for the week.

I really don't use my title bar to any such motivation to myself.
