the only problem i have with mine is that it's unstable,[very shakey],so you'd need a tripod for it.

Just drink a beer and everything will be ok

It's Bungie. I believe...

Like many of you have said, I hope it is not a FPS. Or at least not strictly a FPS. I would love to play a RPG with FPS elements. Open world domination of some kind. Not completely MMO. I don't want WOW from Bungie, but I would love some group based objective game play.

Skyrim meets Halo meets Halo Wars - On a large multi-player scale with an "always on" world.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

I'm thinking its an RPG, although the way they seem to be talking about it it might be some crazy new sub-genre, Bungie no how to hype stuff up though.
Either way, I'm definitely going to give it a try.

I'm awesome...No seriously I am.

I really hope they make an RTS. I haven't played a good one in a while and If they make one, I'll be Jumping for Joy. And I will play Bungie's next game.

I come to Bnet to distract myelf from homicidal and suicidal ideations.

It all depends on the type of game it is. Only games I will not play are RTS's played the Halo wars demo and just didn't feel those kinds of games where for me.

Duh. I don't like Bungie for Halo; I like them for making Halo. I'll continue to contribute money to any of their future endeavors.

I just now came to the realization that FPS stands for 'First Person Shooter...'

Learn something new everyday. I learned what TL:DR meant today.

look up in the sky.....it's a bird it's a plane oh never mind it's just the chiefs mongoose

While I will still give Bungie the benefit of the doubt and will more than likely buy their next game I do not feel like they are the developer that they once were. Maybe their internal atmosphere has remained consistent throughout the years but their outward presence has really cooled off.

I miss the old days when Bungie net was a site on the internet that I would check daily for updates about the next game or maybe just to read some wahhhmbulance messages. I miss podcasts with Luke bashing the rest of the company's Halo skill and where Froman would come on and talk about why he's on government watch lists. Look around Bungie net has become just another developer site that rarely gets any attention from its' owners and rarely gets updated (minus updates about Boiling Pirates or whatever they're doing these days).

TL:DR-I'm a abused wife who keeps coming back for more hoping that I can change them. Oh and the "new guy" should change that...now.

Sinome maruvan ar Hildinyar.
tenn' Ambar-metta!

I loved Halo and I know, they won't dissapoint me with their next project.

Who the hell do you think I am?

Of course I will play it. I think it would be pretty cool if Bungie tried something completely new like with a different genre of games.

I'd prefer to see Skyrim in space than just another shooter. A new Myth game wouldn't be so bad either.

I'm certainly looking forward to more intel. You know, like the "old days" before they went dark a few months ago.

What am I doing on the forums then? I honestly don't want to see some type of Halo clone =P

Hard is good.

I would buy it out of faith and be disappointed like with Reach

The Risk Is Worth The Reward.
Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War.

Yea of course I would play it. Games don't just have to be a FPS to be good.

For Carnage Apply Within

They think that they have pacified Ireland. They think that they have purchased half of us and intimidated the other half. They think that they have foreseen everything, think that they have provided against everything; but the fools, the fools, the fools! — they have left us our Fenian dead, and while Ireland holds these graves, Ireland unfree shall never be at peace
-Pádraig Anraí Mac Piarais

For me, Bungie=/=Just Halo. I play Myth too.

It all depends on the demo and or beta. If it seems fun and entertaining, sure. I'm not dead set on a particular model of game.

I trust Bungie, and I would have no problem with playing a RTS or RPG. I would not play a fee-based MMO.

I know that any game they put out will be quality. So I will for sure be playing there next game.

  • 12.11.2011 7:25 PM PDT

READ IT.

I won the Star. With this on Week 18.

If the story catches me, I will play it. I am more of story person, then a gameplay person.

I just don't like racing games, if they made a strategy, action adventure, RPG, or some kind of free roam game, I would still play it, but it should have a seriously deep story & decent multi-player we've never seen. Bungie is known for being the innovative. Everyone else copies Bungie.
