"Bungie" is (grammatically) a single entity. Therefore, under the rule of subject-verb agreement, the verb "is" must be used. However, as Steve stated, when referring to a plural aspect of Bungie, such as its games or its employees, the verb "are" is used, because "Bungie" is an adjective modifying the plural noun. The following is an example of two correct sentences.
"Bungie is the producer of the very enthralling games."
"The Bungie games are very enthralling.
