Someone in matchmaking was talking about special challenges he had created himself on thus site. Is this true? If so can anyone fill me in on how to go about doing so? I would really like to be a general sooner than later.

PPD = Posts Per Day

It's a tracking of how many posts/replies you make in a day, and it collects to an average amount of how many posts you make normally in a day.

The person that was talking about "Custom Challenges" for Halo: Reach, you can't do them on bungie.net, you have to go over to http://www.halo.xbox.com/ log in, and you can set up your own challenges and get rewarded for completing them.

Also Note:

Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.

... Then how is there multiple posts where people talk about a max cap of 30k points on challenges they chose?

The neighbor of God seems to know what he is talking about.
