Subject: Forum Ninjas/Master Forum Ninjas: different color schemes?

I contemplated this idea in another thread from this forum. I was indecisive when trying to decide if I wanted to make this thread, but here goes nothing.

Do you think Forum Ninjas and Master Forum Ninjas should have different color schemes/title bars and text. I mean, the salmon that we've all come to know and love is a staple of the community, but we are in a time with a multitude of change.

I am not saying this thread will change anything, it is rare that a thread does, but I was just wondering if it could work and/or would be wanted. If so, what colors would be used? Just a thought, thanks BCF.

Quit -blam!- stalking me you weirdo.

I think a Dark, mysterious color scheme would be best.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

Master Forum Ninja's color should be pink and they should be forced to attend ballet classes.

I don't really see any point, they essential do the same things only a master forum ninja has more power.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

If ninjas had regular color schemes, people would not freak out as much when they grace our presence.

Do you mean both Master Forum Ninjas and Forum Ninjas having a different color scheme to what they have now, or Master Forum Ninjas having a different color scheme to Forum Ninjas to distinguish the two?

If the former, I don't see anything wrong with the current color of their text unless they make a rather long post akin to this, which it then burns the readers eyes...

If the latter, I don't really see the need to change the color scheme to distinguish the two, as it does clearly say on their title bar Master Forum Ninja/Forum Ninja, however for new users, I suppose more clarity isn't bad.

Meh, seems like a pretty unnecessary change to me.

Yeah, I just noticed that there wasn't really a distinguishable part. I meant one keeps the salmon, and one gets a new scheme, but come to think of it, both ideas work. (both changing or one changing)

Yeah. When I first started visiting the forums, I thought that they did. But when I actually started to pay attention, I realized that I was wrong.

But yeah, they should have different bar colors. A master moderator should be able to choose their bar color, (with an option of different colors).

I'd like to revive my "frame color" idea. A subtle change, such as fiddling with the outline of a title bar, can make a big difference without ruining the general "strictness".

This post confirms it. You are the greatest troll this forum has ever seen.

OP: I never quite understand why that wasn't the case already. Back in the day, there didn't use to be this many Master Ninjas though.

Yax is a shining beacon in these dark times. You should all strive to be more like Yax.

They'd have regular coloured text like the rest of us. A title bar that says "Moderator" or "Master Moderator". And either normally coloured title bars (Herioc, Legendary, etc.) or a subtle colour, such as green or purple, to differentiate them from the rest of the users, instead of the unsightly salmon.

That's if it was up to me.

Meh. Let's not add more colors to confuse the masses, here. If they've got pretty salmon text, they'll more than likely be of help to you. It's not that hard to send someone over to a moderator should the situation call for it, which isn't too often, I'd assume.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

I think the should drop the salmon and go with safety orange, you know, like a hallway monitor or crossing guard. That seems pretty fitting.
