OK i really want to get this right, I always though Halo was the best interpretation of Life in the future. But this book put some much stuff in the universe,I just really don't like humans being here living with Forrunners. It makes Zero since to me.Would you really expect humans to use ballistic weapons 500 years in the future?
Halo is a Sci-Fi game. Not realistic fiction. Sure, large parts of Halo are realistic and interesting but it's all fiction.
Nowhere in the book did it imply or say that we were created by the Forerunners. The only thing that was implied is that the Forerunners and Humans were created by Precursors. Also, if you look at Human history today, the timeline Cryptum set out makes perfect sense. The Forerunners wiped out Ancient Human Civilization. What remained of the buildings were most likely destroyed by Halo and decayed over 100,000 years.
If you really are 16 you need to learn how to take the time to read and not skim through a book.
