I'm asking a question that's relevant to anyone who has a thread locked and dosen't know who locked it. I'm not asking here why my thread was locked. I'm asking in general, what's the best way to find out who locked a thread.
This just makes me think of a new way to make the mods' lives more complicated. Forcing them to input a reason for locking a thread before confirming their actions, which would be sent along with the mod's name to the OP's PM box.
I'm sure DS works in a similar manner as a described, but it depends on the admin function of the forum software the site is using.
