So much fail in one post...

haha, try me. Normally I'd stop reading but..
Since when did being unable to even get a 1.5 and above a 50% win ratio in the easiest playlist make you good? News flash, it doesn't.
It's a semi automatic weapon... the firing rate is as fast as you pull the trigger... the DMR has no "firing rate cap"
Did you really just say that? Wow... Yes it does have a firing rate cap. Even without trying I'm pulling the trigger for the second shot long before the game lets me fire the second shot.
Not what I said.. I said that if you pace your shots you will always hit where you aim.. that's not saying you're guaranteed the kill.. And honestly, I don't feel spamming (with bloom) will win you a battle that often. You have to remember that most of these spamming problems come from close quarter combat.. but you can be less accurate at close range.. its just common sense (and that's not saying you don't have to aim)
I still spam at medium range and get upwards of 60% accuracy which makes spamming more effective than pacing most of the time.
Think for a moment... you still have to aim perfectly with bloom when you pace.. AND you still have to aim when spamming (keep this in mind).. so say in a game with bloom, you are AIMING at guy, perfectly as you put it, and you spam the trigger (DMR is semi auto, the fire rate IS how fast you pull the trigger).. some of your shots may miss, but they might not (its like a gamble, but it still rewards AIMING).. ok now remove the bloom, the firing rate doesn't change.. so you can shoot just as fast as you can with bloom, but guess what, if you're AIMING at the guy all your shots will connect.. so this essentialy speeds up the kill time (which isn't a bad thing mind you, but I'm always seeing bloom/spamming being argued for the wrong reasons)..
Really? Is that why I get headshots aiming like this?
The Halo 2 BR (post TU) and the DMR are basically the same weapon, since the BR's spread was practically nothing.. however, the BR was not hit scan, on larger maps you would have to lead your shots.. the DMR has hit scan so its more like a sniper.. leading your shots was a different skill altogether, and since now you don't have to do that, I've noticed its easier to get kills long range.
Please, just stop posting, the Halo 2 BR is hitscan.
The only reason it didn't work at long range was because Halo 2s netcode sucked and anything beyond red reticle range wouldn't register on moving targets even though every shot was hitting.
