What are weak-respawn zones, respawn zones and anti-respawn zones. what do they do ?
regular respawn zones dictate ownership of a section of the map. If I make a respawn zone that covers half of the map and label it Blue Team, that means all of the respawn points inside that highlighted section will belong to blue team. It's the same for the red team on the other half of the map. This is assuming your respawn points are all neutral (don't color them to be team-specific).
weak respawn zones go inside of regular respawn zones. They tell players to spawn at a certain point more often during the match. If I have a weak respawn zone over my base, it means I'm more likely to spawn inside my base. I wont spawn anywhere else on the rest of the map until the spawns in my base are threatened by the enemy team. Weak respawn zones are also influenced by teammate kills and deaths. If a teammate dies at a weak respawn zone, I'll spawn somewhere else instead of that one. If an enemy enters my weak respawn zone, I also wont spawn there.
anti respawn zones are the same as above, except in reverse. an anti-respawn zone tells me not to spawn somewhere. When you're making a symmetrical map with static spawns, it's a good idea to place anti zones over each team's base. If I don't want blue team spawning on red team's side of the map, I'll put an anti respawn zone over red team's side and color it for blue team. This ensures blue team wont spawn at red team's side of the map. Then you can do the same thing for red team by putting a red anti respawn zone over blue team's side of the map.
This is all assuming you want static spawns. If you want dynamic spawns, all you need is a neutral respawn zone over the entire map and small weak respawn zones scattered in between so players spawn wherever their teammates are.
I know it's confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it the more you build maps.
