Subject: Does ATLAS still = UAV

I remember reading earlier this week about the new ATLAS app already being hacked and showing both teammate and enemy position the whole match.... obviously this makes me weary of doing any matchmaking right now since that would give an extremely unfair advantage to anybody having it....does anybody know/anybody who has the app, if it's still messed up, or if 343I has fixed it

It's more like a Blackhawk since you always see them.

And I'm not sure if they fixed it yet.

Clone is an internet God.

RC Clone is the anti-thesis of a lurker.

It's advanced UAV since there is some time between updates instead of like Blackhawk which is real time.

Atlas will not make bad players better, so it getting hacked isn't really relevant.

no, not relevant at all, it doesnt matter in the slightest that it was hacked to show all player locations what weapons their holding and what vehicles their in, thats not relevant to overall game play at all, twatt....

Let's say, hypothetically, we're playing a game and you're hiding around a corner and hold the Sword. Under normal circumstances, I'd run around and you'd kill me. With ATLAS, all I have to do is look down and be all, "lol, biatch" and toss a grenade torrent around that corner and blast you to the moon.

I don't believe in unfair kills, but that's totally cheap.

Cheaper than camping corners with a sword?

Or how about this.

Go in as a full team. Person with ATLAS hides and call outs locations of enemies. Bam. Yeah, it won't make anyone better, it will just make it easier to win.

I'm going to be lol'ing once more and more people do this.

That's perfectly reasonable. I'd have made a mistake by running around that corner. He didn't make a mistake at all in the given scenario; not to mention I had to use an entirely separate piece of hardware to get that kill.

The only thing Atlas will help with is positioning. It won't teach you how to control the map, coordinate pushes with your team, or what to do once you come into contact with the person you've been stalking on your phone for the past 10 or so seconds.

It's a waste of time if you're trying to cheat with it.

the point is none of that matters with this noob cake crap, you dont NEED to learn to push or learn times or map control if you can SEE where EVERYONE and EVERYTHING is at ALL times

So what about that one guy who's sneaking up behind you about to Assassinate you? With ATLAS, you'd know they were doing just that before they got anywhere close.

The people who say it won't change how the game turns out are correct. It changes nothing... In Grifball.

The thing about Halo is that if you if you have a perfect opening rush and your team sets up quickly, the game is basically over. ATLAS literally won't do anything. Sneaking up behind won't work if they are pinned down in there base by teamshot. Getting close enough to assassinate someone on a decent team isn't likely either because of map awareness and callouts.

You're under the assumption that games of Halo are always about a "perfect opening rush". In reality, few are like that.

Why is hypocrite spelled with an E at the end?
The I in crite is not pronounce as eye.

So, on the one hand I spell it out exactly as it should be.
You follow the standard set before you by fools who can't even get a handle on the rules of their own language.

Seems to happen all the time whenever I play.
