Teamwork I'd say. You're working in a team therefore the chances of you winning the games have just upped.

IMO individual skill should play a bigger part than it does in Reach.

1 player should be able to make a difference in a game.

Sadly, the Randomness in Reach doesn't allow for individual skill to shine as much as it should.

Unless you're playing a full-team in BTB who has a noticibly bad host, then it doesn't matter because your team is just going to get destroyed either way.

IMO, Individual Skill is more important, because what's the point of having team setups if you skillwise cannot execute them?

Nope. SouthPole isn't a person. He's the avatar of the force of tryhards everywhere. He stalks the web looking for retards to set straight. He can not be stopped by mere bans or thread locks for he shall rise anew.

MLG works well though. Only playlist worth playing at this point.

Halo 1: Strong emphasis on individual skill
Halo 2: Teamwork is more important than before
Halo 3: More emphasis on teamwork
Reach: Teamwork is everything

Want a cool clan? Join FRAG!

Want a war sim? The best war sim in Halo, Forerunner Conflict.

Definitely teamwork. Two is greater than one after all.

More impressive between the two is individual skill. More important for winning is teamwork. The best players have both.

They are both important. You would be a better asset to your team if you knew how to play the game better.

Teamwork easily. You can have highly skilled team mates but it deems useless if they are just a group of skilled "inidviduals" going against a "team" of individuals of slightly lesser skill.

Unless the skill gap is huge though, then it depends on who has the most skilled players.
