I am unable to connect to the Halo: Reach servers. In the main menu, my rank shows up as recruit and my armory and medal progression has been erased, but when I press start I can see my old emblem and rank and cR, without being able to load my service record. I have tried resetting my router. Other applications work fine. I haven't played Reach online for months, but I did launch the multiplayer menu on Halo:CE Anniversary (without starting any games). I have all the map packs. I don't know what other relevant data I can provide... I'm in Alberta? Also, I didn't cheat or harass anyone to the best of my knowledge.

What gives? I've seen other mentions of this problem but no satisfactory answers.

edit: Checked the threads in the links, one of which I had encountered yesterday as it happpens. Still no conclusive solution, or even an acknowledgement from any of the powers that be. I might be screwed. What the hell am I supposed to do over the holidays, read or something?! CoD is obviously out of the question. Help!

Oh so it's been more then a day, WTF. As far as i know some players have hade issues with connecting to Reach due to the Dashboard update.

Here i found this, some players in that thread are allso from Alberta.

i am having the same issue...i talked to my isp (telus) and they say all my settings are good for online play and that the connection is good. also talked with xbox support and they said they same thing...they also said to give it a bit and things should be back to normal...its been 4 days now for me and still not workin
